Grief is an emotional reaction to end-of-life anxiety, bereavement, or profound loss. Grief and death work isn’t about “getting over it,” but about integrating that loss into life. I believe it is a mark of deep emotional intelligence to grieve and to hold space for our personal process. When we do not grieve, we chip away at our capacity to love.

This work is about creating a blueprint for you to honor and embody your grief, and to mindfully approach end-of-life anxiety. Through ritual, meditation, movement, planning, and action you will be empowered to integrate loss, and create a pathway to heal.
